🌬️✨Fairy Queen for a birthday gift.
A fairy fine art print with 24 carat gold leaf added. A little gift card was added with a special message as requested and she has been gift wrapped and posted directly to the birthday mum as asked. I so love doing these and feel excited about hopefully sending out a little magic! ✨✨✨
Green woman’s journey
🍀 This lady is on voyage to be re-united with a Green Man painted a few years ago and now living in Western Australia. I didn’t realise he was there and was so thrilled when a lady contacted me to tell me and to ask for this one to be a companion for him. .
The original of this painting has another story. She hung in an exhibition in the art centre in Aberystwyth University in Wales, probably about 2003 or 4. Very sadly she was taken. I was hurt at the time but I decided to be flattered by this theft instead. Someone wanted her and so I imagine they care for her. I’ve always wondered where she is now and does she have a good home though. Somehow re-doing her as an archival print and painting over her with a little gold detail keeps bringing her back to life for me. Just what any green lady should be doing 😊💚 If you’ve read this far, have a lovely day all the green ladies, and men out there … . 🌿

🌼Just to let people know that my etsy shop has re-opened – and a little earlier than planned after a successful studio move. Here is a little harvest mouse to say hello 🙂 And – thank you so very much for all the lovely messages 💛
Studio move
I am moving studio and so closing my etsy shop tomorrow until 8th February – unfortunately its probably silly to say I can manage Valentines orders this year unless it’s in walkable distance from my home in Ludlow.
💜 But if you’d like a heart card through the rest of the year then of course thats no problem at all. Look forward to opening and making again when all set up! 🌬️💕

Revised exhibition dates A FOREST WITHIN
Shropshire Hills Centre has kindly suggested that this exhibition begins a few days later than originally planned due to lockdown. I am so pleased – I really did think it would have to be cancelled.
It is planned to show the work online here too and that way anyone that would like to see it can do so, if they can’t or don’t wish to travel when lockdown ends.

Sunday fair – Ludlow
Lovely fair yesterday, in spite of the rotten news. The Hive is a lovely new space for wellbeing, art and craft workshops and events in Ludlow near the library.
Run by Denise Beckett. Today included gentle Emma Meredith who offers reiki and Nicola Jane Haigue offering beautiful textile art.
