Lettering

🌷 The third of three lettering lockdown giveaways on my facebook page. This one for Ellie, born on 13th June, 2020 and granddaughter of Jo Ellis 🌷 I knew Jo at college years ago and doing this brought back lovely memories of walking the coast path to Borth where she then lived with her little girl, Sian – mum to Ellie. Can’t believe she’s a grandmother now! πŸ’›
Pinks, purples and silver were requested for this little one.

Beltane

May Queen

🌿 Happy Beltane 🌿

Beltane spells the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. A pagan festival of fertility. I read that the Creiddylad was the Welsh May Queen.

Painted a long time ago. I can’t remember when.

If you ever see her please tell me. She was stolen from an exhibition in Aberystwyth years ago. At the time I decided to be flattered rather than disappointed. It would be nice to know she’s okay though.
